The Quality Management System implemented by VIATA complies with the requirements specified in the Standard NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 for the activity of Design, Marketing, Implementation and Technical Assistance of Integrated Solutions in the area of information systems and technologies. To ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), VIATA defends, encourages and reinforces the following intentions:
- Provide the human resources with the necessary materials to carry out the necessary modifications for a continuous improvement of the Quality of services, through a study of the causes that affect the quality of the services;
- Support the Customer through an efficient and qualified after sales service;
- Continuously improve processes and services as a fundamental tool for increasing efficiency, increasing competitiveness and customer loyalty. To do this, involve and motivate the collaboration of the whole team to always achieve continuous improvement;
- Focous on the creation and reinforcement of partnerships, continuing to present technologically advanced solutions to the market;
- To invest in the constant professional training and updating of knowledge, in order to increase more and more the quality of the services rendered and the valorization of the Employees;
- Audit the system annually to ensure the correct implementation of improvements and commitments made by Management;
- Review and improve annually the correct functioning of the Quality Management System.
